Taxes and Fees

We add an 12% tax and a one-time cleaning fee to our rentals.

Veranda Unit 201 has a cleaning fee of $175 and a Reservation & Processing Fee of $52.95

Turtle Walk units 201, 202, 501, 601 have a cleaning fee of $225 and a Reservation & Processing Fee of $52.95.

Blue Dolphin Units 202 & 203 have a cleaning fee of $200 and a Reservation & Processing Fee of $52.95.

Blue Dolphin Units 402 and 403 have a cleaning fee of $240 and a Reservation & Processing Fee of $52.95.

Check in time is 4pm, check out time is 10am, this allows extra time for sanitization

No Smoking & No Pets Please.

June and July Rentals require a 7 night stay Saturday to Saturday
